RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

  1. Exchange of any product is not allowed unless it is physically damaged during delivery or the wrong product is received or the Original equipment manufacturer defects.
  2. Customers should notify us by email at info@madangler.in within 24 hours after the delivery with the order number and the photos of the product for reference.
  3. Mad Angler will not accept any request after 24 hours after delivery.
  4. Mad Angler will arrange a courier if you have received an incorrect product compared to the ordered product and replace it.
  5. In case of non-availability of replacement product, coupon code of the product value will be sent to the customer once the item is returned and approved.
  6. Exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchase the product.
  7. All the return items must be packed in the same box or package in good condition with all the instruction manuals and warranty (if any).
  8. Customers must request for return by using the same email address registered on our website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Mad Angler will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE 

If you have any grievances in connection with a product and/or about any other aspects of our service, you can submit a complaint by email (see the contact details at the bottom of these Terms & Conditions). We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and in any case within 5 days after having received it.
