We are Mad Anglers, passionate about this sport with over 50 years of collective experience in both fresh and salt water fishing. We started fishing with a bent pin and sewing thread catching guppies in our neighbour’s well and over the years graduated to using Stella’s and Saltiga’s for Yellow fin Tuna and Giant Trevally in the Andaman Islands.
Recognising the need for top quality, technique specific tackle in India, we have put together a line of curated and tested gear ideally suited for Indian conditions – no more will the discerning angler have to either make do with what is available or import specialised tackle on their own.
Whether you need a long casting rod for Golden Mahseer or a short boat rod when fishing for snakehead or even a rod specifically built for GT popping – we will be able to help you with a suitable rod and a reel to go with it.
